Private chef needed for small (16 people) dormitory seven nights a week in Lawrenceville. Food could be prepared in advance, on or off site as long as the site meets all state health requirements. Preference given to chef who can prepare well-balanced meals with a variety of low-calorie and often vegetarian options for teen athletes. At the initial phase of employment, Chef also will be hired for extra consultant hours to set up kitchen and shop for dining supplies.
